The shipyard covers a total area of 32,000 m², strategically located in Mangalia, on Lake Limanu, at the entrance to the Black Sea — an ideal position that enables fast transportation of modules and metal structures to major European and Asian markets.
The proximity to Damen Shipyard (2 km), Constanța Port (40 km), and Varna Port (110 km) provides significant logistical advantages for all shipbuilding and offshore projects.


Main Production Hall
The production hall covers a total area of 4,500 m², fully equipped with state-of-the-art machinery for cutting, processing, and assembly operations.
It includes two overhead cranes of 12.5 tons each, with a span of 18 meters and a height of 7.5 meters, providing direct access to the Black Sea through a 65-meter-long quay.

Piping and Light Fabrication Workshop
The workshop is located in Mangalia, Str. Marin Ionescu Dobrogeanu 81, just 3 km from the main shipyard, and includes a BV (Bureau Veritas) certified welding laboratory.
Main activities and capabilities:

Processing and fabrication of pipes (DN50 – DN600, length up to 6 m, thickness up to 30 mm)

Perpendicular cutting and welding edge preparation

CNC cutting using Rubiq CNC 4x2 m, for plastic or wood materials (up to 50 mm thickness)

Collaboration with specialized partners for galvanizing and metal coating

Equipped with modern welding devices, oxy-acetylene flame systems, and precision machining tools

Surface Treatment Facility
For anti-corrosion protection and high-quality finishing, Marman Shipyard is equipped with:

Shot-blasting station with metallic grit (8 × 2.4 m, pressure 12 BAR / 75 KW)

Painting station (12 × 8 m, extendable)
Technological performance is supported by a team of over 50 specialists — foremen, engineers, welders, pipefitters, locksmiths, and painters — all certified by DNV-GL, BV, TUV, and RINA.
Advanced Technologies and Quality Control
Marman Shipyard operates under an integrated quality assurance system, implemented in full compliance with Bureau Veritas (BV) directives and the requirements of international shipowners.
Each stage of production is thoroughly inspected by the CTC Department (Quality and Technological Control), as well as by Classification Societies such as DNV-GL, RINA, TUV, and BV.
Our internal procedures strictly adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SOLAS standards, ensuring that every product delivered is safe, durable, and fully compliant with international shipbuilding requirements.
